The online Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership program prepares scholar practitioners for PreK-12 and higher education settings. The curriculum develops leaders with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to inspire, educate, and serve others effectively for the common good. Graduates will be more effective teachers, school leaders, administrators, and in related professions.
On-campus residency will occur once per summer in Newberg, Oregon and is designed to be a two-week full-time intensive experience embedded into a four-week summer session.
- Evidence of an approved, regionally accredited bachelor's and master’s degree in education or related field, with a GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale
- Evidence of at least three years of relevant professional experience
