The online Master of Science in Education in Catholic Educational Leadership program is designed for Catholic or faith-based educators seeking to advance into administrative and/or leadership roles.  The curriculum is crafted through the lens of Catholic identity, mission, and culture, shaping globally-minded, technologically-sophisticated, empathetic leaders dedicated to social justice and equity for all learners.  The program focuses on adult learning theory utilizing action research, projects, critical reflection, clinical application, problem-based simulations, and policy analysis.  Coursework facilitates the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of the school faith community that is committed to exploring faith-based identity issues and educating all students.
