Program Details

The online Paralegal Certificate prepares students for an important role in assisting attorneys as a paralegal. Students learn to draft legal documents, conduct research, communicate with clients, and manage case files. Students study specialized legal fields such as property rights, estate planning, litigation, and criminal law. 

Topics include, but are not limited to: 

  • Research
  • Professional Writing
  • Ethics

Graduates can work in government, corporations, and law firms. Faculty are experienced paralegals or attorneys. Graduates have the skills necessary to be successful paralegals.
