School Details

Fielding Graduate University was created to fit the unique educational needs of mid-career adults. The school caters to professionals seeking to take the next step in their career or branch out into a new field. FGU understands the value in its students’ career experience, offering interdisciplinary coursework grounded in student-driven inquiry.

The university is divided into two schools: the School of Psychology and the School of Leadership Studies. Students can choose from a wide range of graduate programs in each division. Programs incorporate theory, research, and clinical experience.
