The online Master of Science in Criminal Justice program is designed for adults working as criminal justice professionals and for people with previous military experience, helping them further their careers in this field. The curriculum allows students to choose electives that meet their career goals and interests as they learn about criminological theories, multicultural issues, and criminal justice systems and policies. Graduates are able to apply theory and evolution of various criminal justice systems to inform policy, use a multidisciplinary perspective in the development of public policy, interpret statistics, integrate theory and practice to design research, analyze theories of moral reasoning and ethical decision-making, and drive change in the criminal justice system.
