Edison Community College is stationed in Piqua, Ohio, to meet general education requirements for transfer associate’s and technical degrees. The main campus in Piqua was established in 1973 as the first general and technical college in Ohio and originally known as Edison State General and Technical College. In 1977, the name was changed to Edison State Community College, and more recently became Edison Community College.
Edison offers a wide number of program options in addition to traditional associate’s degrees. Students may choose to take online courses from the college, and Edison supports several degree programs available online.
