The online Post-Master’s Certificate in K-12 Basic Administration program is designed for individuals who already hold an education-related master’s degree and want to advance their careers into school leadership.  The curriculum covers pertinent topics such as leadership in culturally pluralistic educational environments, community relations, instructional leadership, continuous school improvement, budgeting and economics, and human resources principles.  Graduates can develop, advocate, and enact a shared mission, vision, and core values of high-quality education while cultivating an inclusive, caring, and supporting school community to promote student academic success and well-being.
