Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection Administration program provides a comprehensive understanding of the knowledge and managerial skills needed for leadership in fire-fighting operations.  The curriculum combines current science and technology while focusing on building leadership skills.  Through academic and professional preparation, you will learn about topics including fire behavior, prevention, response, and investigation.  Graduates are prepared for careers as firefighters, fire chiefs, fire marshals, fire safety directors or officers, building inspectors, fire investigators, or hazardous materials specialists.

Requirements

  • Cumulative high school grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale OR
  • ACT composite score of 20 or SAT combined verbal/critical reading score of 950 or higher OR
  • 24 hours of transfer credits from a regionally accredited institution and a grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale
