Master of Arts in Chaplaincy & Ministry Care
Dallas Theological Seminary

Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Chaplaincy and Ministry Care from Dallas Theological Seminary prepares students to serve as chaplains in the military, corporations, hospitals, and other care-related ministry settings. Chaplaincy is for students who care deeply about people and seek to provide pastoral care, emotional support, and practical life counseling to people outside of the church. Chaplaincy is a great way to serve people who do not have regular access to ministers.

Courses include:

  • Pastoral counseling and ethics
  • Christian life and witness
  • Social and cultural foundations

Students demonstrate love for God, love for others, and the fruit of the Spirit. They learn to understand and explain issues and problems that people endure from a Biblical perspective. Graduates will be ready to succeed in careers that involve helping others through difficult times.
