Program Details

Dakota County Technical College offers an Associate in Science in Construction Management degree online.  This program is designed for working adults, allowing them to continue working while they study.  It is also meant to be used to transfer to a bachelor’s degree program in construction management, allowing students to enter the bachelor’s degree with most general education requirements completed.  

The curriculum is a combination of basic fundamentals and key courses in applied management, engineering, design, and business, allowing students to manage complex construction projects.  You will prepare for careers that include both office and construction site work.

The Construction Codes and Inspection Certificate program can be used as a pathway to the Associate in Applied Science in Construction Management.
