Program Details

Nurses with a MSN in Nursing Informatics can work in any healthcare setting, ensuring that the best available data and technologies are used to design and implement plans for patient care. This accelerated online RN to MSN program allows students to progress through the curriculum and achieve their goals in less time than traditional BSN and MSN programs completed separately. 

Students in this online Nursing Informatics program learn how to utilize technology to improve nursing practice, advance health outcomes, and facilitate research and education. Online coursework is combined with a practicum to gain experience with compliance and accreditation mandates, staff education, and the design of new data management systems. Graduates are eligible to sit for the Informatics Nursing Certification Examination from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
