Program Details

The online Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice program prepares students for careers at the federal, state, or local level in criminal justice agencies in such fields as probation, parole, institutional corrections, victim’s advocacy, crime prevention, and law enforcement.  Students will gain knowledge and skills in communication, problem solving, the inter-workings and fundaments of the criminal justice system, and about the social-economic stratum.  You can choose to take electives in areas of interest including:

  • Homeland Security
  • Crime Scene Investigation
  • Victim Advocacy
  • Crime Prevention
