Program Details

The Real Estate Property Salesperson certificate offers education and training required to qualify for licensing in the state of California. This three course program can be completed entirely online.

Students will learn how to complete real estate forms including listing agreements, purchase contracts, and cost sheets. Graduates will have all the skills necessary to list, market, show, rent, lease, and sell property.
