Program Details

The online Educational Studies Certificate of Accomplishment is designed to meet the needs of students following various pathways to classroom teaching, including the paraprofessional teacher aide, paraprofessional teacher aide seeking a teaching credential, and teacher preparation students on a transfer pathway seeking recognition via a certificate.  Students learn to apply skills to pursue careers in teaching or related fields and apply the major theories of psychology in understanding social and psychological problems.  Graduates can work effectively with students, teachers, parents, colleagues, and administrators in school and classroom settings.
