Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Educational Leadership program prepares students for leadership in all educational settings including public, private, charter, and virtual schools, educational service providers, government programs, community education, preschools, day cares, corporate, and military.  Students will learn the skills to effectively lead schools and meet the diverse needs of 21st Century learners along with learning how to apply data-informed best practices to ensure institutional success.  The curriculum uses performance-based learning to strengthen the students’ knowledge bases in management, community relations, law, curriculum supervision, instructional assessment, and action research.


  • Baccalaureate or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Valid teaching certificate and three years of experience OR other qualifying experience
