Program Details

Central Michigan University offers an online Bachelor of Applied Arts or Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising & Design. The BS does not require a minor, while the BAA requires both a major and a minor. Currently, the following minors are offered online: Athletic Coaching, Geography, Political Science, and Psychology. Both degrees offer two concentrations to suit students' personal interests and professional goals:

• Product Development focuses on the creation and sale of new fashion lines. 
• Visual Merchandising uses art and science in the merchandising process to create compelling presentations that influence consumer purchase decisions.
