Help support children and teens on the autism spectrum with a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction focusing on Autism Teaching. Graduates of this online special education degree program can pursue positions such as behavioral interventionist, special education teacher, ASD specialist, child advocate, and more.

Specialization courses in this degree prepare you to create, oversee, and evaluate effective programming for autism spectrum students. Competencies covered in this program align with the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Level I or II certificate holders will be eligible for PDE Autism Endorsement upon graduation. Teaching licensure is not required for admission, however, and the program itself does not lead to initial teaching licensure.
