Program Details

Guided by Calvin University’s mission of renewal, the online MPA program equips you with the ethical leadership skills to serve communities across the globe as a well-informed, generous, and transformational leader. 

The MPA program aligns with Calvin’s mission to provide a faith-based, liberal arts education and helps students develop leadership, ethics, communication, and finance skills. Public and nonprofit administration professionals work across a wide variety of organizations. Thus, Calvin University offers unique concentrations and two certificate options that allow students to gain specialized knowledge. Students may choose from Nonprofit Administration and Community Engagement, State and Local Government Administration, Organizational Leadership, and Spatial Analysis concentrations. Additionally, they may choose to pursue a certificate in Public Administration or Nonprofit Administration.

Graduates excel in government, community engagement, organizational leadership, and spatial analysis. Complete the program in one to three years, ready to make a difference.

The full MPA is scheduled to begin Fall 2023, and certificate courses will apply to the full master’s program.
