Program Details

Enhance your expertise in teaching mathematics at the elementary level with Brenau University’s online K–5 Math Endorsement. You can complete this nine-credit hour program as a standalone credential or incorporate it into an education graduate program. A bachelor’s degree, Level 4 teaching certificate and one year of teaching experience are required to apply.

The 100% online curriculum focuses on the specialized content and pedagogy needed to grow your skills. You will study concepts and techniques related to numbers, numerical operations, algebraic thinking and geometry and learn to incorporate principles like collaboration, critical thinking, problem-based inquiry, data analysis and spatial visualization into your lesson plans.
