Program Details

This Master of Arts in Leadership Studies with a concentration in Leadership Coaching, an online human resources degree, prepares students to become relevant and impactful leaders, mentors, coaches, consultants, and more.  This degree builds on previous educations and experiences while also introducing students to the complex organizational needs required to maintain a church, ministry, business or many other for-profit or nonprofit organizations.  Students will come to understand the spiritual and pragmatic dynamics of Christian leadership.  The modern leadership program should give graduates the formal academic education to provide a multi-faceted approach to management, organization, and team building, while still providing a Christian education.  

The Leadership Coaching concentration focuses on coaching themes, teaching students to articulate techniques and strategies for coaching.  Students usually complete such courses as:
