A Certificate in Lean Six Sigma provides business leaders with problem-solving methodologies and statistical tools to effectively change and improve their organizations. Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is an industrial efficiency and quality technique used to improve quality and output in processes by removing the cause of variations and reducing overall cost. Professionals with these skills can find employment in project management, statistical and financial analysis, meeting facilitation, and project prioritization.

Students will conclude the program by taking the Lean Six Sigma certification exam administered by the Association of Technology Management & Applied Engineering (ATMAE).
