You will find yourself at the forefront of the study of education with Bay Path’s Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership. This online education administration EdD inspires a new kind of leadership for challenges of the 21st century.

Students learn to re-imagine learning institutions and re-examine traditional ways within education. The program offers two concentrations and an option for completing this doctoral degree known as ABD (All But Dissertation).

Candidates of this online education administration program partake of four components within their program. These include such elements as:

1. The signature core: Five signature seminars focusing on leadership, change management, and innovative thinking.
2. Doctoral studies seminars: An annual Immersive Weekend, on-campus, turns theory into practice in areas such as leadership development, advising, and self-assessment.
3. Research design and execution: Over three courses, students learn the fundamentals of action research to prepare for their dissertation work.
4. Action-focused dissertation: Four courses that lead each student along the path of research and reflection for their dissertation.
