Program Details

Austin Peay State University offers an online Bachelor of Professional Studies degree with a concentration in Leadership & Organizational Administration. This program prepares students for careers in administrative and management roles or for a variety of graduate programs.

The curriculum combines theory and relevant experience to help students gain leadership and communication skills. You will complete general education courses in a broad range of topics including history, humanities, mathematics, and the sciences; this is designed to provide a wide foundation for learning. Students also choose courses in the professional studies core focus on such topics as administration and supervision, organization, statistical methods, communication, and international context. All graduates will complete the Psychology of Personality and Leadership Development course and a research paper or project that showcases the student’s cumulative knowledge.
