The Leadership Administration specialty track of the online MSW is designed to prepare students to lead teams in fields such as nonprofits and public health, among others. This track is offered in conjunction with Aurora University’s Dunham School of Business and Public Policy.

Students can choose from MBA-level electives in management and leadership to coordinate with their specific career objectives. Specialty topics include leadership and organizational behavior, and nonprofit management and leadership.
