Program Details

An Associate of Arts degree in Gender and Sexuality Studies is offered online at Anne Arundel Community College.  Students with this degree may consider transferring to a four-year institution to pursue interdisciplinary studies.  This program is designed to provide specialized training in issues related to gender and sexuality.  

Areas of concentration in this program include but are not limited to:

  • Music, power, and gender
  • Gender and mass media in the United States
  • Psychology of relationships
  • Philosophy and gender
