Build on your existing knowledge and prepare for new career opportunities with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness. This online program is designed for working adults, with coursework able to be completed one course at a time in just one to two and a half years.
Students can choose from two concentrations: Health Education and Promotion or Nutrition Entrepreneurship. In both courses of study, you will learn about functional nutrition and phytochemicals as a part of health promotion and disease prevention. Courses also cover the effects of nutrition on various diseases and conditions.
