GetEducated Team Takes
Tony’s Take

Duke is challenging, and that is central to the experience. Classes move quickly, and the coursework is tough. The pressure can stay high through the year. At the same time, students get strong teaching and steady academic support.

Professors know their subjects well and respond when students reach out. Free tutoring gives practical help in difficult classes. Community is also a real strength, with strong friendships, school spirit, and pride across campus.

Overall, Duke offers high reward with high pressure. It is a strong fit for students who can handle a demanding pace. Students who want a lighter workload may find it less comfortable.
