School Details

As a part of the robust North Carolina Community College System, Western Piedmont Community College has been making higher education more accessible since 1964. More than 30 programs offer certificates, diplomas, associate degrees, and two-year transfer degrees in fields such as healthcare, business, and education. Additional options at the college include programs for professional development, personal enrichment, high school completion, and English skills development.

Western Piedmont Online offers even more accessibility to nontraditional students. Asynchronous coursework allows students to access their course materials and complete assignments any time day or night, anywhere they have an internet connection. In addition to more than 10 degrees, diplomas, and certificates presented entirely online, a number of programs can be completed at least 75% through online courses.
