GetEducated Team Takes
Tony’s Take

CIA is built for practical culinary training. Classes are hands-on and kitchen-heavy. The pace is fast and demanding. New classes rotate every 3 or 6 weeks.

Days are long. Material is heavy. Some shifts start very early. Teaching feels personal, not distant.

Class sizes are smaller. Instructor contact is close and frequent. Many students finish feeling job-ready for real kitchen work. The main split is outside kitchen training.

Broader academics feel less convincing for some. Overall fit is clear: strong for kitchen-first goals, weaker for broader academic priorities.
