About Western Nevada College
Founded in 1971, Western Nevada College is a four-year, primarily associate’s, public institution of higher education that serves northwest Nevada. The main branch of WNC is located in Carson City, NV, and there are also campuses located in Minden (the Douglas Campus) and Fallon. WNC operates instructional centers in Fernley and Yerington.
