Program Details

The online Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration prepares students for careers in managerial positions in business or other organizational environments by teaching the responsibilities of managers and administrators and developing the students’ leadership abilities.  Courses develop knowledge about personnel and staffing, issues of finance and accounting, psychology and cultural issues, and how to interact with employees, as well as an understanding of human resources and the general operations of a firm in order to best manage and administrate its activities.  Graduates have an extensive and practical knowledge-base of theory, tools, skills, practices, and research related to business and are able to apply these to problems and opportunities in the business world, along with professional strategies that demonstrate ethical, legal, and responsible behavior as Christian business people.
