Program Details

Wright State University offers an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management for students interested in advancing in this growing field.  The curriculum combines business and health, introducing courses that teach health-specific business concepts, evaluation techniques, and strategic thinking.  Students will need a specific set of knowledge and skills to succeed in Healthcare Management and coursework in this concentration meets these needs as you study health resource management and policy, strategic leadership in healthcare organizations, and the financial management of healthcare organizations. 

Each student’s program is planned on an individual basis, taking into consideration their individual backgrounds, needs, and objectives so their program is best suited to allow the students to succeed.  The school creates an environment that fosters personal and professional growth, helping students to succeed in a program that is both broad based and professionally relevant.

Requirements

  • Accredited bachelor's degree or higher
  • Official transcripts and supporting documentation
  • 3.0 GPA or higher for regualar admission (conditional for 2.7-2.99) 
  • Students with GPA between 2.5-2.69 may petition for admission and submit GRE/GMAT test scores
