Program Details

The online Associate of Applied Science in Fire Science provides students with the necessary skills for entry-level positions or job promotion in the fire service industry. In the transfer program, students can continue to a four-year university to earn a bachelor’s degree in Fire Science Management. Students learn alongside peers from fire departments throughout the area. 

Classes include, but are not limited to: 

• Causes and Investigation
• Firefighter Development
• Rescue Practices for the Fire Service
