Program Details

Wilmington University features an online MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, preparing students to advance into leadership or management positions within business.  Organizational Leadership allows students to research, assess, and gain an understanding of the various aspects of the field.  They can then take this knowledge and choose one course that covers an area of Organizational Leadership that is of particular interest to them or will help them achieve their goals. 

Available electives in Organizational Leadership include:

• Legal Aspects in Health Care
• Law, Regulation and the Workplace
• Legal Aspects and Policy of Homeland Security
• Legal and Ethical Aspects of Organizations
• Administrative Law

You will also develop or improve skills and capabilities that will help you manage organizations in the rapidly changing global environment.  In addition, the curriculum consists of core MBA topics that provide knowledge and skills in accounting, economics, finance, management, leadership, quantitative methods, business strategy, marketing, and more to supplement the knowledge gained in the Organizational Leadership concentration.
