Program Details
The online Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics provides students with the skills needed to analyze data and solve complex problems to benefit clients and increase profits in organizations. Students choose one of two concentrations, which are Data Visualization and Programming. The Data Visualization track focuses on data mining, forecasting, machine learning, and predictive modeling. The Programming track focuses on artificial intelligence, data warehousing, and machine learning.
Classes include, but are not limited to:
- Introductory survey of mathematics
- Database foundations
- Experimental design
Career opportunities for graduates include Staticians, Mathematicians, Computer Systems Analysts, Computer Programmers, Research Scientists, and more.
