Program Details

The online MBA from Westminster College prepares students to advance in their careers.  The curriculum provides skills that help students achieve their goals through the completion of 25 different projects that they will complete to earn their degrees.  Upon completion of the projects, students will demonstrate expertise in over 80 different business and executive skills so you will have mastered everything a traditional MBA program student knows and more.  You will learn to use quantitative tools to analyze markets, including price determination, consumer preferences, and other factors that influence markets and demands; learn to segment and target populations within markets; and develop marketing plans for new products and services in new markets. 

Students will also learn to:

  • Evaluate and develop customer relationship management programs
  • Create marketing dashboards to evaluate marketing effectiveness
  • Lead teams, negotiate, manage projects, and facilitate meetings
  • Present ideas to multiple audiences
