Program Details

Earn a Master of Arts degree in Ministry and Leadership with Western Seminary.  This fully online degree helps students develop a solid theological base and philosophy of ministry, focused on individual skills and callings.  Graduates with this degree may pursue work in church and parachurch organizations, as well as a wide variety of global ministry roles.  Curriculum involves but is not limited to the following courses:

  • Hermeneutics
  • Biblical theology
  • Ministerial ethics
  • Women in Leadership

Apply a rich biblical understanding to a variety of spiritual disciplines.  Studies include communication theory, biblical studies, theology, discipleship, and spiritual formation.  Students are taught to integrate scripture in decision-making and problem solving on their path to spiritual, personal, and professional development with Western Seminary online.

Requirements

This program requires two visits to the Portland campus.

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
