The online Associate of Applied Science in Accounting prepares students for entry-level positions in accounting-related employment opportunities by providing them with technical and social skills. Students will learn the principles of accounting and the concepts behind the principles, along with training on some of the latest software. Courses also teach payroll accounting, taxes, and managerial accounting.
- This degree program requires 70-72 credits for completion
- Official high school transcript or GED scores
- ACCUPLACER test (may be waived if the student has an ACT sub score of 18 or better in English, math, and reading, or a SAT sub score of at least 440 in Verbal and Math. The scores must be no more than 5 years old.)
- Official transcript from any postsecondary institution attended if transfer credits are to be considered
