As part of the College of Education and Human Services, WVU offers this online graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation.  Upon completion of this curriculum, you’ll add to your professional skillset with the ability to perform evaluations of a wide range of programs, both small and large. Students study all aspects of program funding, design and implementation.  You can advance your career, or start a new one, within state and federal agencies, schools, healthcare, nonprofits and more.  Curriculum generally entails:
