Program Details
The online Master of Arts in Communication gives students a broad base of skills to take to their careers. This online program provides the written and verbal skills needed for a successful career in communication. It offers a thesis or non-thesis route.
Course topics include, but are not limited to:
- Research methods
- Theories of communication
- Rhetorical criticism
Students may choose from two options, the Master of Arts in Communication or the Master of Arts in Communication with a specialization in Media Management. This program is 36 credit hours and takes most full-time students about 2 years or less to complete. Areas of study include cultural studies, public relations, corporate communication, and performance. Graduates will be equipped to succeed in virtually any field with the online master’s degree in communication.
