Program Details
The online Associate of Arts in Real Estate is designed for students seeking careers as real estate professionals with a degree that offers a vigorous academic program exploring all facets of the real estate profession. Students will learn how to conduct and compete the sale, purchase, and management of real estate processes and transactions, as well as computer skills, technology, Real Estate law, and company and customer relations. Courses also teach students effective communication, how to interact with both the company and customers, and about ethical and moral business practices. Completion of the degree program fulfills the education requirements for the California Real Estate Broker’s License.
