Program Details

The online Computerized Accounting Specialist Certificate provides the skills needed to perform a variety of accounting applications using accounting software and practical accounting procedures.  Course topics include principles of accounting, computerized accounting, spreadsheet fundamentals, and basic computers.  Graduates may be employed as entry-level accounting assistants.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Placement test may be required (can be waived by SAT, ACT, ASSET, COMPASS, or ACCUPLACER scores from the past 5 years, or previous college or technical school course work completed at an accredited institution)
