The Master of Arts in Human Resources Development, an online human resources degree, prepares students to work with an organization’s most important asset, its employees.  The curriculum focuses on the skills and knowledge needed to work with a variety of people in a variety of settings.  Gain a broad conceptual understanding of human resources development with courses that use social and behavioral science and management theory to help students understand how human relations issues affect both individuals and organizations.  This holistic degree allows students to develop new competencies in this field in a program taught by faculty who practice in the field.
