Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development is designed for managers and executives with minimal backgrounds in the field and who face change-related challenges at work, developing core competencies as quickly as possible so the students can begin leading change proactively.  This field is designed to provide the theory, skills, and frameworks that allow students to assess the complexity in their own organizations and work collaboratively with other stakeholders to design, facilitate, and evaluate change interventions designed to improve organizational effectiveness.  Students learn to use their personal thoughts, assumptions, feelings, and behaviors as instruments of change, demonstrating a commitment to performance improvement in the individual, team, or organizational system where they are intervening.
