Program Details

Learn how to advocate for good health practices with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion. Graduates of this program will be well suited for a variety of roles in the healthcare field or may opt to continue their studies in graduate school.

The program is intended to teach students how to educate individuals and groups to prevent disease and enhance health. Students will learn how to create, implement, and analyze health and wellbeing programs in educational, corporate, community, clinical, and nonprofit settings. Courses explore ways to encourage positive behavior changes, conduct health screenings, and work with various groups and individuals on health-related initiatives.
