The online Diploma in Medical Office Administration in Medical Coding prepares students to perform administrative duties, such as finding the correct code for medical procedures and diagnostics, so the doctor, hospital, or whoever is owed for the procedure can be charged and reimbursed correctly by the patient or insurance.  Courses include Medical Terminology, Medical Insurance and Billing, Office Finance Solutions, Procedure Coding, Diagnostic Coding, and Medical Coding Certification Prep.
