The online Associate in Applied Science in Software Development prepares students for careers working with technology and using computer software and hardware.  Students learn to design, process, implement, and manage information systems in various specialties, depending on the technical paths they choose to explore.  While some of the technologies studied depends on the area of technology you select, all students will learn to create, store, communicate, exchange, and use information to solve technical issues related to information support and services, interactive media, network systems, programming and software development, and more.  With this particular degree in software development, the curriculum focuses on preparing students to use modern software development, testing techniques, and methodologies.
