Program Details
The online Master of Legal Studies program is for non-lawyers who can benefit from legal training in order to make better job decisions and protect themselves and their organizations from legal issues. The curriculum explores the application of laws across today’s business topics, including contracts, intellectual property, health law, and corporate compliance, while exploring subjects such as civil procedure, constitutional law, trial advocacy, torts, and negotiations. Graduates are prepared to draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and analyze new laws and regulations.
