The Doctor of Nursing Practice program from Washburn University prepares nurses with the clinical, organizational, and leadership skills needed to advance nursing practice and improve patient outcomes. This degree track is designed for nurses with a bachelor’s degree who want to directly pursue a doctoral degree with national Family Nurse Practitioner certification.

This online nurse practitioner degree provides a unique focus on entrepreneurship. It is the first DNP program in the country to offer enrollment in MBA courses as part of the curriculum. Graduates will be able to expertly blend advanced practice skills and knowledge with strong business understanding.
