With an AA in Human Services from Washburn, you can begin your higher education and start on the path to numerous career opportunities.  Whether you are interested in counseling, family services, preschool education or other profession, this degree can get you started. You’ll gain a foundation of general education credits with some specialization classes in human services and electives that pertain to your goals and interests.  Sample electives are:

  • Applicants over the age of 21 are not required to have ACT/SAT or Placement scores, but may benefit by submitting scores.
